P3M3 Diagnostic Assessment

Our P3M3 Diagnostic Assessment builds on the results of the Discovery Assessment and - if available - the Online Assessment. Its objective is to diagnose areas of systemic weaknesses in portfolio, programme and project management, in order to identify and (where possible) eliminate root causes.

This assessment ensures the correct approach to improvement measures to gain a higher maturity level which could eventually gain you a Certificate of Accreditation (see Certification Assessment).

In this assessment 

• One or more structured focus group workshops, an analysis workshop and a sponsor workshop will be conducted;
• The results will be analysed and a cause-and-effect solution map will be created;
• All results and recommendations will be consolidated in an improvement Roadmap report.
