MSP Foundation Course
Course Overview
This 2-day course has been designed to give delegates a in depth appreciation of the processes and principles that are incorporated in the OGC Managing Successful Programmes method (MSP).
The course aims to give delegates enough knowledge and practice to gain the MSP Foundation certificate as specified in the MSP examination syllabus, June 2003 .
An overview of MSP principles is interwoven with a walk through MSP’s six processes.

Delegates are encouraged to work either in pairs or in syndicate groups to provide opportunities for discussion and sharing of personal experiences within differing business backgrounds.
Practice for the MSP Foundation exam is based on multi-choice, continuous assessment papers designed to reinforce the classroom learning.
