PRINCE2 ®* Foundation Certification
This certificate demonstrates that the delegate is capable of acting as an informed member of a project team within a PRINCE2® project environment. To this end, delegates are required to show that they understand the principles and terminology of the method. Specifically, delegates must be able to:
- Describe the four integrated elements of PRINCE2®: principles, themes, processes, and tailoring to a project environment;
- State which management products are input to and output from the eight processes;
- State the main purpose and key contents of the major management products;
- State the relationships between themes, processes and roles in the project environment.
Format:
- Multiple choice
- One hour duration
- 75 questions (only 70 are marked)
- 35 correct answers are required to pass
- Closed book examination
