PRINCE2 ®* Practitioner Certification

This certificate demonstrates that the delegate is capable of applying PRINCE2 ® to the running and managing of a project within an environment supporting PRINCE2 ®. To this end, delegates need to exhibit the competence required for the Foundation qualification, and show that they can apply and tune PRINCE2 . To this end, delegates need to exhibit the competence required for the Foundation qualification, and show that they can apply and tune PRINCE2 ® to address the needs and problems of a specific project scenario. Specifically, delegates must be able to:

Produce detailed explanations of all the principles, themes, processes and management products;
Demonstrate the ability to create or evaluate a management product suited to the scenario;
Explain the relationships between the themes, processes, roles and management products and show the ability to apply this knowledge;
Demonstrate the ability to tailor PRINCE2® to different project circumstances.

Format:

Multiple choice
2.5 hour duration
9 questions (each on a different area of knowledge)
An overall score of 59 out of a possible 108 is required to pass
Open book examination (only the PRINCE2® Manual is allowed)

Please note

You will need to take a Re-Registration Examination between 3 and 5 years after the date shown on your original certificate in order to maintain your status as a Registered Practitioner.
