Course Objectives
This course is aimed at any one interested to understand more about PRINCE2 ™.
It will provide participants with:
- an appreciation of the extent of PRINCE2 ™ in the context of project management
- an understanding of the structure of PRINCE2 ™
- a familiarity with the language and key concepts of the PRINCE2 ™ method
Course Style
This is a one day course with no examination and will blend formal presentation with practical exercises.
