PRINCE2 ™ Foundation Plus
3-day course for Project Managers and Members of the Project Office
Overview
The in depth course is aimed at Project Managers, Team Managers and members of the Project Office and is designed to provide participants with a working understanding of structured project management as presented in PRINCE2, to a level where they use it to manage a project.
This course will only lead to the PRINCE2 Foundation Examination.
After the course participants will be able to explain how the elements of PRINCE2 fit together and know how to apply these elements to their projects.
Note
This course leaves the option open to pass the Practitioner exam at a later stage. The attendance of the Practitioner Preparation day will be required.
Course Style
The course is a three-day classroom event and blends formal presentation with practical exercises. You should plan to undertake 1 hour private study in each of the course evenings, to complete the assigned tasks for the following day.
On the evening of the 3rd day delegates will pass the foundation exam.
