Course Objectives

This half-day workshop will equip Senior Management with the PRINCE2 ™ terminology and concepts and will demonstrate how Corporate Management benefits from the application of a structured project management approach to their projects.

Participants will:

• understand their individual and collective responsibilities and accountabilities relating to their pivotal position in steering projects
• appreciate the factors they should consider in establishing the project's management environment
  

Course Style

This course will be a mix of formal presentation, informal workshops, open  discussion and practical sessions demonstrating some of the management instruments of PRINCE2 ™.
