Under the name of Promavis the company was first founded in December 2001 with the original focus on supporting the implementation of structured project management environments based on the British project management method PRINCE2 ™ through training, consulting and coaching.
Since then Promavis grew continuously and was finally converted into a limited company at the beginning of 2004 under the new name of Profeo Ltd. Profeo has enlarged the original portfolio to include the methods MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) - in co-operation with a partner company. Profeo has since become the first accredited training organisation in Switzerland for PRINCE2 ™.
