Kursstruktur

Der 2-tägige Foundation-Kurs richtet sich an Teilnehmende, die in Projekten mitarbeiten und welche die Projektmanagementmethode PRINCE2 kennenlernen, sowie das Foundation Zertifikat in kurzer Zeit erhalten möchten. Die Teilnehmenden verstehen nach dem Kurs die Elemente von PRINCE2 wie Prinzipien, Themen, Prozesse und Anpassungsfähigkeit an unterschiedliche Projektumgebungen. Außerdem werden die PRINCE2 Managementprodukte, wie Business Case, Pläne oder Berichte praxisorientiert behandelt. Übungen vermitteln einen Praxisbezug, und Testfragen bereiten auf die Foundation-Prüfung vor.

Course objectives

The two-day Foundation course is aimed at delegates who are actively involved in projects and who wish to familiarise themselves with the PRINCE2 project management method and acquire the Foundation certificate in a fast-track process. After taking the course, the delegates will understand the key elements of PRINCE2 such as principles, themes and processes and will appreciate how these can be tailored to suit different project environments. In addition, the PRINCE2 management products such as Business Cases, plans and reports are tackled using a practical approach. Group exercises provide the chance to learn about practical applications and sample test questions are used to prepare for the Foundation exam.

Objectif du cours

Organisé sur 2 jours, le cours Foundation s’adresse à des participants à des projets désireux de s’initier à la méthode de gestion de projets PRINCE2 et d‘accéder rapidement au certificat Foundation. Dans le cadre du cours, les participants se familiariseront avec les éléments de PRINCE2 tels que les principes, les thèmes, les processus et la capacité d’adaptation à différents environnements de projets. Le cours traite également les produits de gestion PRINCE2 tels que les études de cas d’affaires, les plans ou les rapports en prise sur la pratique. Des exercices permettront aux participants d’établir un lien avec la pratique et des questions de test les prépareront à l’examen Foundation.
