Corso MSP Practitioner
Course Overview
This 5-day is delivered by an APMG trainer and will include a mix of theory and practical sessions. Individual and group based practical work will focus on preparation for the Practitioner examination. The Foundation, Intermediate and Practitioner examination are taken during the course.
The content is delivered over 3 days with the Foundation examination at the end of the third day. The fourth day contains a theory update and use of MSP in a given scenario. The day concentrates on preparing the delegates for the Intermediate and Practitioner examinations which are both sat on the fifth day.
An overview of MSP principles is interwoven with a walk through MSP’s six processes. Each of the seven principles of MSP is covered at concept level and introduced in an appropriate sequence within the MSP process flow. Practical sessions are focused on completing sample MSP templates based on the standard APMG case study with the aim of introducing delegates to the information flow built into the MSP processes as well as other practical exercises. Delegates are encouraged to work either in pairs or in syndicate groups to provide opportunities for discussion and sharing of personal experiences within differing business backgrounds.
